GO Technology Management is a Managed Service Provider (MSP). We provide outsourced IT services to small businesses with 5 to 200 employees. Our apporach is to let businesses do what they do best while we handle the IT; all for an afforable monthly fee. When you are ready to let go of your IT pain and give it to GO, we start by listening to you. We want to know where it hurts. After assessing the pain, the needs and the desires of your organization, GO will propose a plan tailor to fit your organization.

Infrastructure Inspection
GO performs a thorough inspection of your company's location(s). We collect detailed information about the equipment, software and business practices currently in place. We have listened to your pain and now we want to understand why it is happening. Defunct equipment, inefficient processes or outdated software are conveyed to you in our report. Remedies are submitted for your approval.

Implementation
GO may make infrastructure improvements to your organization in order to remedy the noted inefficiencies. Regardless, the next step is to take all of the IT assets and put them under management. On most devices, like servers and desktops, we simply install our management agent software. Other devices, like printers, routers and firewalls, are managed without software. The goal is to collect information and establish a baseline of performance so that any further deficiencies can be corrected.

Proactive Support
After a business is under management, GO monitors a plethora of system events and performance indicators that effectively let's us (and you) know the health of your technology. When we see an indicator warn of a problem, we act on it. Sometimes, this involves unobtrusive, backend service processes and sometimes we need to perform manual maintenance services after normal business hours.

Always available remotely, on-site when you need us
GO is far more effective at preventing disasters by monitoring your network from our enterprise class management portal than driving all over town. When our prescence is need on-site, we are there FAST and ON TIME. Time is money to you and you cannot afford to be without your computers.
